Experience
Since 2013, I work with companies and individuals to create unique and transformational training and coaching experiences. Before following my heart and becoming a coach, I attained two law degrees, moved from Russia to Germany, to France, to the United States and back to Germany. I am a passionate meditation and yoga practitioner. As a mom of three, I consider raising a family as one of the hardest and the most rewarding leadership challenges in life.

My coaching is based on powerful grounding presence, strong intuition, sharp logic and a very warm heart. This combination creates a magical space for my clients were everything is allowed and anything is possible.
