Conscious leadership is my passion. As a coach, trainer and mentor, I support people in maximizing their strengths and intentional impact as leaders in all areas of their personal and professional lives.
Experience
Since 2009, I have coached and trained individuals from family businesses, private corporations, government agencies and multinational organizations, including Unilever, EUMETSAT, KPMG, 123Gold, Arvato, Iglo, Amadeus, Procter & Gamble and various UN agencies. Prior to this, I have consulted with the UNFPA and UN Children’s fund, worked in various positions at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

As a native Californian, my coaching is infused with warmth and energy. I blend my expertise in behavior change, analytical skills and strong intuition with powerful questioning to stimulate insight and actions that lead to transformative development.
