Experience

For the last 20 years, I have worked as a consultant in public and private companies in managerial development programs using methodologies such as development and selection assessments, conflict/communication workshops and coaching relationships at different hierarchical levels within pharmaceutical, financial, industrial, insurance, luxury, and media sectors. 

Coaching style

In my sessions, I promote a non-judgemental approach through active listening as well as create empathy. I like challenging individuals to raise awareness around their own automatic behavioral patterns and help them revisit their beliefs/values to move on to adopt new perspectives and try out new behaviors.
