Experience
For over 20 years, I have worked as a management consultant in both leading private and public companies, providing coaching and development support to entry-level employees through to CEOs. This includes public administration, insurance, financial services, industrial (client advisory/sales), pharmaceuticals, engineering, technology, civil service, healthcare, national railway transport, media, and telecommunications. I also support organizations that are undergoing change management by designing and implementing leadership workshops.
Coaching style
I bring together concepts and notions of organizational, work and behavioral psychology with knowledge in change management, coaching and stress management. In my sessions I leverage the insights and experience I have in psychological testing, interview and evaluation skills training, team-building processes, performance management, individual and team coaching (up to executive level), stress management, succession planning and talent development.
