  • How do I book a session?

    You can book your one-to-one coaching session here. Bookings can be made 24/7 with up to 1 hours’ notice.
  • How do I connect to my coaching session?

    To attend your online call coaching session, simply click the link in the email invitation we send you to confirm your booking.
  • What if I need to cancel or change my booking?

    To amend or cancel your coaching session, please click on the relevant link in the email invitation we send you to confirm your booking. Any cancellations made less than 1 hour before the session starts will be charged.
  • Can the A Coach team change my chosen coach?

    If for any reason your selected coach is unable to conduct the session, you will be contacted to either reschedule or choose an alternate coach.
  • Are my coaching sessions confidential?

    100% yes. Nothing discussed within the coaching sessions will be shared with any third party or individual, including your company.
  • How qualified are the A Coaches?

    Each member of our growing, global network of coaches is carefully selected and vetted to ensure they are qualified, certified and experienced, but also share the same values as The A Coach brand and team.
  • Can I give feedback/rate my coach?

    Your feedback is important to us as it ensures we all grow and perform in the best way possible. Please send any feedback to The A Coach team via info@theacoach.com.
  • What will the coaching session involve?

    Each session takes the format of a 30 or 60-minute online call. It is a one-to-one session designed to focus on the topics you selected when booking the session. Our coaches are experienced and will tailor their sessions according to your needs and personality. We don’t have a “set” format as every individual is different.
  • How will the sessions benefit my work and me?

    On a personal level, you can expect to hone your accountability skills and understanding as well as see yourself and others more clearly, and better assess situations in your own and work life. You will also learn new ways to respond to situations, leverage your existing strengths, build more productive relationships and achieve your goals.
